Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold by The Wedding Planning Atelier are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.

After successful payment, you will receive instructions to access your purchased product through the order confirmation page and/or the email address used at checkout. Depending on the product, this may include a downloadable file or a link to duplicate a Notion template into your own Notion workspace.

Access is normally provided shortly after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your order or cannot access the product, please contact support@wedatelier.shop and include your order number.

We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days.

Refund Policy:

As our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
